I have seen a few Warli paintings before and used to wonder how people liked them. Used to think it's more or less a collection of stick figures :-). But seeing these works of art I stand happily corrected. These are awesome not only with the challenging patterns/design, intricacy but more important what is a "feast" for the senses is the the spirit of tribal life that comes out so strongly in the fun they are having dancing, playing music, in the occupations they are engaged in, the animals and birds part of their life, the quaint huts, trees around... the simplicity of their life... Truly amazing!!!
